What you'll do
- Collaborates in development of the HR technology roadmap and strategy.
- Establishes system related governance controls and ensures compliance with data protection laws.
- Implements system upgrades and maintenance, as well as troubleshoot and resolve
system issues.
- Executes system integrations.
- Upholds HR systems to optimal functionalities to support business needs.
- Develops and delivers end-user documentation, training, and support.
- Supports future HCM implementations and upgrade to the existing system.
- Maintains data integrity across all HR and downstream systems through data auditing.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify process risks and opportunities to drive process improvement through technology and data.
- Proactively partners with key stakeholders in People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement.
- Implements continuous improvements with systems and related People systems and programs.
This role requires
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and HRIS management
- Experience leading a global team of HRIS Analysts
- Software and tech company experience preferred
- Experience with Workday HCM and configuration of compensation, benefits and performance management modules.
- Ability to build strong and influential relationships with cross functional partners to ensure alignment on HR technologies.
- Strong understanding of SOX requirements from a system, data, report and process standpoint.
- Experience managing a global team, setting priorities and expectations.
- Regularly interaction with key leaders and/or major customers.
- Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
