A day in the life:
• HRIS Management:
o Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dayforce HRIS platform.
o Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data by performing regular audits and system checks.
o Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet organizational needs, including benefits, performance management, and employee self-service.
o Develop and deliver training to the HR team and end-users on HRIS functionalities and updates.
• Reporting and Analytics:
o Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS to provide insights on workforce metrics, compensation, and HR operations.
o Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership.
• Project Management:
o Lead and manage HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
o Collaborate with Technology and other departments to ensure successful system integrations and updates.
o Work with HRIS vendors and consultants as needed.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2-3+ years of experience in HRIS management and analysis
• Proficiency with Dayforce by Ceridian is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits:
$90,000 - $95,000 annually. The role offers competitive comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and free parking.
