At New Relic, Product Managers are the leaders with vision, strategic thinking, customer obsession, bias for action and passion for driving decisions with data. In this role, you will be the leader and subject matter expert of the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) market. You will independently lead strategic initiatives and innovations leveraging AI/ML and Serverless. You will represent the voice of New Relic customers and partners.
What you'll do
- Drive vision and strategy for the next set of innovations in New Relic APM product portfolio
- Be the SME for APM market, customer and partner needs, competitive trends and industry innovations
- Build cutting edge APM solutions leveraging AI/ML, public cloud and security advancements, and be responsible for building, launching, and growing the products that you build
- Conduct customer research, pilots, and business impact analysis, and identify new business opportunities and customer requirements
- Work with executive leadership on APM roadmap, strategic business updates and major changes in New Relic APM product
- Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, support, and sales, and other product teams to deliver end to end value for our users
- Build a data advised roadmap, defining, analyzing, and reporting product metrics to meet your OKRs
- Challenge the status quo and drive outcomes
- Mentor, coach and uplift other team members
This role requires
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Computer Science or AI/ML background preferred
- 10+ years of experience building and launching technical products as a Product Manager
- Ability to analyze data and use it to deliver delighting capabilities
- Ability to identify customer requirements and shipping engaging experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to bring clarity in ambiguity
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in Generative AI and public cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) infrastructure Services
- Experience with observability products / tools
- Experience with enterprise products
- Prior SaaS product experience with a developer persona
