Your Challenge
- Execute procedures for the deployment and configuration of PacStar products
- Document system information for PacStar and customer records
- Work with PacStar’s Software and Systems Engineering to integrate software updates into a reproducible production workflow
- Ensure software configuration meets customer requirements and PacStar internal standards
- Define and implement procedures/scripts for configuration and testing of software installed on PacStar systems prior to shipment
- Performance requires physical attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
- 5+ years in IT, system administration or similar field
- A.S. in IT, CS, or equivalent experience, strongly desired
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, strongly desired
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, required
- Experience with PC hardware and troubleshooting, required
- Experience with PowerShell and batch scripting, a plus
- Experience with multiple VPN implementations, both site-to-site and remote access, a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independent Professional that can perform job assignment with limited supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to self-organize workloads and manage all deadlines
