About the Team

You will join a strong team of Machine Learning Product Managers at Workday. We like to work hard and play hard and focus a lot on building new AI and ML capabilities.

About the Role

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to drive the development of machine learning products from ideation to implementation.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with partners to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that machine learning solutions meet user needs.

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project management of machine learning product development, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and KPIs to track the performance of machine learning products, iterating based on feedback and data analysis.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in product management, specifically in the field of machine learning or artificial intelligence.
• Proven understanding of machine learning concepts and technologies.

Other Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Prior experience as an engineer

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.CO.Boulder

Primary Location Base Pay Range:  $144,000 USD - $216,000 USD

Additional CAN Location(s) Base Pay Range: $124,200 - $186,400 CAD
